Our Scaffolding Solutions
Scaffolding for house extensions, re-roofs, rendering, painting, windows and guttering. We work neatly around gardens, driveways and neighbours, and can bridge over conservatories and porches.
Scaffolding for new builds, refurbishments, shops, offices and industrial units. We work to your build programme, with loading bays, beams, bridging and access stairs designed around your site.
Safe access for roof repairs, re-roofs, chimney rebuilds, fascias, soffits and gutters. Chimney scaffolds are built from the roof or from the ground, whichever is safest for your property.
Temporary roofs and sheeting that keep rain off open roofs, extensions and loft conversions, so work carries on through the Welsh weather and your property stays dry.
Edge protection and guardrail systems for roofers, builders and flat-roof work, keeping people and materials safe at the roof edge in line with the Work at Height Regulations.
Every LMT scaffold is inspected before handover, after alterations or bad weather and at least every seven days, with written reports and scaffold tags for your site records.

FAQs
Answers to the questions we’re asked most about hiring scaffolding in Swansea and South Wales.
Every job is priced individually, because the cost depends on the height and length of the scaffold, access to the property and how long you need it. We offer free site visits and written quotes across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend and Cardiff, so you know the full price before any work starts.
If the scaffold will stand on a public pavement or road, a scaffold licence is needed from the local council, such as Swansea Council or Neath Port Talbot Council. We can advise on this and arrange it for you as part of your quote. Scaffolds built entirely on private land don’t usually need a licence.
Most domestic scaffolds are erected within a day once booked, and we can often fit in urgent jobs such as storm damage or roof leaks quickly. Larger commercial scaffolds are planned around your build programme.
Every quote includes an agreed hire period that suits your project. If your work overruns, the scaffold can stay up on a simple weekly hire rate that we agree with you up front.
Yes. Every scaffold is erected to TG20:21 guidance by our fully insured team, then inspected before handover, after any alterations or severe weather, and at least every seven days while it’s in use.
