Commercial Scaffolding Contractors
On a commercial site, scaffolding sits on the critical path. If it’s late, wrong or unsafe, every trade behind it stops. LMT Scaffolding works with main contractors, developers, facilities managers and property owners across South Wales to deliver commercial scaffolding that’s designed for the job, erected when you need it and adapted as the build moves on.
From a shopfront in Swansea city centre to a block of flats in Cardiff, we plan each scaffold around your drawings, programme and site rules, with handover certificates and seven-day inspection records ready for your site file.
Commercial & Industrial Scaffolding
We support projects of all sizes, from a single-day access job to phased scaffolds that stay on site for months.
Plot-by-plot scaffolds for housing developers and contractors, with loading bays for blocks and roof tiles and ladder or stair access to suit your site.
Façade repairs, cladding, window replacement, roofing and painting on shops, offices, schools, churches and blocks of flats, with scaffolds designed to keep occupants and the public safe.
Access for roofing, cladding and gutter work on industrial units, with roof edge protection and tube-and-fitting scaffolds for awkward shapes.
For scaffolds on pavements and town-centre streets we can arrange the council licence and add netting, sheeting and pedestrian protection where required.
What We Provide
Scaffold solutions for contractors, developers and businesses across South Wales.
Independent scaffolds that rise with the building, adapted lift by lift as brickwork and roofing progress.
Scaffolds for shopfronts, façades and cladding, with pedestrian walk-throughs where the public needs to pass.
Loading bays sized for pallets of blocks, tiles and materials so they can be lifted straight onto the scaffold.
Stair and ladder access that gives your workforce safe, easy access to every working lift.
Beamed and bridged scaffolds that span entrances, roofs and obstructions without blocking access.
Debris netting, sheeting and edge protection to protect the public and keep work moving in bad weather.
Planning Your Scaffold
Commercial scaffolding is quoted per project after we’ve seen the drawings or visited the site. To get an accurate price quickly, it helps to send:
We’ll recommend the most efficient scaffold for the job and give you a clear written price for erection, hire, inspections, alterations and dismantling. Where a scaffold falls outside standard TG20:21 configurations, we’ll tell you up front that a bespoke design is needed.
Our Process
A straightforward process from enquiry to strike.
Send us drawings, photos or a scope of works and we’ll arrange a site visit if needed.
We plan the scaffold around your programme and give a clear, itemised written quote.
We erect on the agreed dates and hand over with an inspection certificate and tags.
We inspect weekly, alter the scaffold as work moves on and strike it when you’re finished.
Why Choose Us
We’re a local South Wales scaffolding contractor, not a national firm. You get a direct line to the people running your scaffold, quick answers on alterations and a team that turns up when the programme says it will.
